Upon receiving the shipment, I discovered a large hole in one of the boxes. Unfortunately, there were no plastic protective corners inside to safeguard the contents, and the thin poster board paper used for protection was also damaged. As a result, 18 out of the 2000 boxes ordered were damaged.
I urgently requested these 18 boxes to be replaced so I could package the bottles I also ordered from this company. However, I have encountered difficulties with their support team regarding this issue. They suggested sending the replacements with my next order, but I need them immediately.
Attached are screenshots with dates from my initial communication on May 8, 2024, along with their repeated requests for the same information. I am concerned that my messages are not being acknowledged correctly. As previously stated, no bottles were broken, yet this information seems to have been overlooked.
